Where most fertility support goes wrong is that it doesn’t take a holistic view of the entire person or when it does, you become dependent on the practitioner to keep boosting your fertility. A nutritional therapist will focus only on food. An acupuncturist will support you holistically but you need to keep going back for treatment. A sleep coach will fix your sleep but what about everything else?

That’s why I have created the Fertile Flow Framework. It’s a holistic approach to optimising your fertility through sustainable changes to body, mind, and life. It is a process of co-creation in our sessions that means we are putting in place habits that you can continue to do yourself, long after our time together ends. 

This isn’t one-size-fits all and the Framework flexes to your needs. Some women will need more support in the body or in their lifestyle, while others require us to begin with stress. Where we begin depends on your cycle history and what we decide together in our kick off call.

    We make upgrades to the how and what you eat to support hormonal health because this is often very different from what most women think of as ‘eating healthily’. 

    We incorporate movement that works with your cycle. Gone are the days of punishing yourself with workouts or feeling guilty for skipping leg day.

    Instead of telling you to just relax, I help you actually do something about stress. Let’s face it, stress in your 30’s is a given but that doesn’t mean we can’t manage how we handle it better. 

    I use my background as a yoga teacher to craft practices that will provide an effective stress management toolkit you can use on the daily, instead of waiting for your 1 holiday a year where you allow yourself to relax. 

    We work on strengthening your connection to your intuition and ability to trust. The mind-body techniques I offer are designed to break the disconnect and override your Type A tendencies that have you freaking out because of the lack of control you feel on your journey.

REBECCA, LONDON

Rebecca came to me wanting to conceive her second child. She had been on contraception since early teens and had struggled with long cycles, finding it difficult to pinpoint when she was fertile. PMS and anxiety were also very present for her. 

We began by getting a sense of whether Rebecca was ovulating or not by learning to track her cycle fully. We then worked on supporting her hormones through improving how and what she ate for blood sugar balance. We supported her nervous system through tailor made yoga and breathwork practices

Within a few weeks, Rebecca’s anxiety and PMS had reduced and she was regularly eating nutrient dense meals in a way that felt manageable for her as a working mum. AJ reached out to me because she knew kids were on the horizon but she wanted to get a handle on her cycle first. She had been on the pill for over a decade as the only solution offered to her by her Dr to manage her PCOS. She wasn’t sure she was ovulating and had a lot of anxiety about potential infertility. We begin with a deep dive into your cycle history. My intake form is specifically crafted to paint the most vivid picture of the woman you are today starting at the very beginning. KICK-OFF CALL

10 minutes to get your life story out at your GP appointment is just not enough. That’s why this call lasts 90-120 minutes. We go through your intake form, bit by bit. A space for you to air what has been weighing you down, share your frustrations and ask all the questions about your fertility and cycle -  btw before you make a preemptive apology, there truly is no such thing as a stupid question. By the end of this call you will feel lighter, you will feel the relief of finally having been listened to AND you will have a clearly defined plan to take your first steps toward better fertility.

QUESTIONS YOU OFTEN ASK ME

  • Sadly no, I cannot guarantee that you will get pregnant. What I can guarantee however is that you will feel more knowledgeable about your fertility, more confident about how to boost your fertility and more in control of your journey to getting pregnant. While some women have gotten pregnant as a result, please bear in mind that isn’t guaranteed and the case studies shared are given as examples of the kind of results you can get if you commit to do the work. 

  • Honestly, no. There is no quick fix and if anyone says they can guarantee that, you should run for the hills. By the time you start to notice issues with your menstrual cycle, the root cause has been established for months if not years. It will therefore take time to undo and support the body back to a state that is fit to welcome a pregnancy. This isn’t an overnight fix but you will start to feel better within a few weeks of working together.

  • I have the utmost respect for these practitioners and have worked with many myself.  However, what I have found is that when it comes to fertility, you need all round support. Through my personal experience and my varied professional trainings, I have crafted a flexible framework that supports fertility in body, mind and life.
