WORKSHOPS

There is nothing more powerful than when women gather to inform, experience and share their stories in workshops.

I have hosted several workshops on the menstrual cycle and fertility, supporting women to experience the power of the cycle in their own bodies.

  • Two sold-out workshops on Womb Yoga and Menstrual Cycle Awareness for Yogarise London

  • A supper club in collaboration with the UX of Sex on the question of fertility in your 30s and the choice to become a mother or not

  • A 4-part workshop series in collaboration with Movement for Birth exploring the seasons of the menstrual cycle using education, movement, Nidra and breath work

  • A 3-part workshop series on menstrual cycle awareness and how to track your cycle to enhance your productivity and life delivered in French in collaboration with Tresseuse de Liens
